Why does the government want my children and I to curl up and die, because we can’t afford health care?
I am an unemployed mother of three collecting unemployment. I lost my home because I could no longer afford pay my mortgage payments. I moved into an affordable housing complex, and am collecting unemployment. Yet, if my child gets an ear infection, or has to have a dental exam, I can not afford it. The job market is awful as of now. I had a job, I was laid off. Why should my children suffer?
That doesn’t make sense, you are likely already eligible for medicaid under those circumstances.
However, the rest of us taxpayers, are not. I’d like the same healthcare choices you are getting instead of my crap HMO.

Maybe you should ask Obama to focus on creating actual jobs instead of more programs that will increase taxes and dependency. That’s a start.

Suffering could help make them into better citizens. Perhaps they will get a better education and better jobs because they remember the suffering they went through and don’t ever want to feel that way again.
