He seems 2 use some points over again in his talks; he talks alot about emotion, it is true that emotion will be the ultimate factor in deciding which tools/technologies we use in the future, although I think sumtimes emotions are manipulated & incongruity between our physical needs & our emotional needs will be detrimental 2 our future development, I think we need to focus more on ourselves as a whole working unit and less about how 2 use emotion 2 sell or change markets/technologies or people
