    Going to the dentist in April for a cleaning after a couple of years. Wonder what he’ll say. Got a cavity that needs feeling though, because it hurts a bit. I floss and brush daily, so I don’t think I have any problems. My gums look just like that on there.

    just brush gently …
    just brush gently and floss everyday and twice or three times a day until your gingivitis goes. away if its rly serious, see ur dentist for treatment

    get floss threaders! their a life saver, and i just waited to floss until my braces were off, and i had gingivitis until i got into a reg. habbit of flossing! i reccommend swishing around warm saltwater on ur gums daily to soothe the gingivitis!

    this sucks…. i have pretty good oral hygiene (regular visits to the dentist, brush my teeth at least twice a day, use mouthwash.) i dont floss too often because i have braces and its a reaaall pain to do this….. and i have gingivitis but im not sure if its really bad or not. i dont think its bad but i dont know what else i can do to get rid of it! my gums are growing onto my teeth sorta like inbettween my teeth more… urghh

    well healthy gums can bleed if you floss to hard, but inflammed gums can bleed for gentle flossing, that was it meant.
