ok, u touched HVE tip with your dirty gloves.. you should of removed the tip sterilized it and put a new one in. also why would you leave the 3 way tip on the air water syringe after you just used it? why wouldnt you remove it and put it with your dirty instruments to sterilize? horrible infection control.
