She's 2.5 but I can usually sidetrack her. At this point with her "baby" teeth, I'm not worried. If she had her adult teeth, I'd have a bitesplint fabricated for her. I clench and grind my teeth and wear through nighttime bitesplints, so I can't imagine not wearing it and what it would due to my teeth. At this point, I'd try to redirect her to doing something else to get her mind off the grinding. Hopefully she'll cut it out soon. Good luck!<br><b>References : </b><br> My daughter is similar.
