Puppy has crooked teeth?

We adopted a 4 month old puppy and are noticing now that she is 5 1/2 months that some of her teeth are a bit crooked. I know that dog’s grow in adult sets of teeth just like kids, so is there any chance she will grow in straighter teeth? Is this a genetic thing, or a cause of having a mixed breed? Just a little concerned, she is very healthy otherwise. THanks@

Dogs as well as humans can have crooked teeth most likely if the baby teeth come out when they are suppose to the permanent teet will be ok.

Crooked teeth happen in dogs, a LOT. Our old golden had a couple crooked teeth.

It’s not a sign of poor health.

People often have crooked teeth, and aside from being self conscious, it doesn’t effect their everyday lives.

  3. As long as they don’t affect her being able to eat etc. she will be fine. :)
