How can I have my bottom teeth straightened again even after getting braces?

Two of my bottom front teeth are slightly crooked because of my wisdom teeth. Now my wisdom teeth have been removed, but I want my bottom front teeth to be straight again. I already had braces and wear retainers that have a special spring to straighten out my bottom teeth, but I only wear them at night and they don’t seem to be working. Do I need to get braces again? Or do I need to wear my retainers all the time? What else can I do?

I would make an appointment with your dentist first. They may be able to make some adjustments to your retainer that might correct the problem. But yes, if you had too, you can always get the teeth straightened again with either conventional braces, or something like Invisalign. In a ‘touch up’ type of case like yours, Invisalign can work pretty quickly to correct the alignment. Good luck!
