How long does it take permanent teeth to grow in?

I pulled out 4 baby (primary?) teeth this week. One was a cuspid (canine) and the other three were – what will be – first premolars (first bicuspid.) The permanent teeth have already broken the surface and are starting to grow in. How long do you think it will take for them to grow in?
Yes, I know, I’m just losing these teeth that you lost long before middle school, but my teeth have strong roots.
