What matters is if theres enough space for them to actually get straightened. If they're literally jumbled up in you're mouth like a rolled up piece up paper, then you could get them pulled to make room for other teeth. The teeth don't grow back, but it's fine because when your remaining teeth get straight their will be no spaces so you won't be able to telll you had teeth pulled. Getting the teeth out, for me, only hurt when they pulled. Nothing else hurt.
