Help my health teeth are breaking, what’s happening?

I’m 29 and never had a cavity. I’ve always have taking good care of my teeth. A couple of months ago pisces of my eye tooth fell off. A couple of days later the rest of the tooth broke into pisces. Yesterday one of my back tooth broke. Again today another pisce came off. I don’t understand I have extremely health teeth. These pisces of broken teeth are white and have no rought. What could be the problem?

Do you sleep with someone that could confirm or deny that you grind your teeth while you sleep?

Is your jaw sore sometimes when you wake up?

Lots of stress at work or home?

If any of it is true, they have a mouth guard you can sleep with, Walmart has like a $15 one, I understand the dentist would be considerably higher.

I have cracked 3 teeth, and yes I have been told I grind my teeth at night.

Good luck

  1. You could just have really sensitive teeth. Where a toothpaste called sensidine always helps. It rebuilds enamel. Your enamel could just be wearing. But if you take really good care of your teeth, i dont really know. But you should try the toothpaste.
